The story
It began with WiFi hotspots and last-mile internet, and the support that keeps a link up after the installer leaves.
Running those links taught William that the hard part is rarely the device. It is the connection, the power, and the years after handover. That lesson still shapes how his companies build: design for real conditions, then stay responsible for the system once it is live.
By 2020 the networks were carrying more than browsing. Instruments, gateways and telemetry were joining them, so he founded MulticomIoT to build for the Connectivity of Things. Today he leads both companies and sets their technical direction.
